Shipping

We take great care in preparing your order for shipping; each pallet is individually protection during transportation.

Although we can choose from many freight carriers, Common Carrier is usually the most economical. We will always contact you with freight charges prior to shipping.

Expect freight charges to be $150.00 or more depending on location. Shipping companies have minimum rates for delivering twenty square feet. You can maximize the savings by ordering large quantities at once instead of several smaller orders.

When the delivery is near your town, the carrier will notify you typically 24 to 48 hour in advanced to schedule your delivery. Be prepared to receive your order; you are responsible for unloading home deliveries from the truck when it arrives. You could also have your installer pick up your order which could save a home delivery charge.

For all orders shipped outside the state of Wisconsin, there is no sales tax charged to your order which will greatly offset the shipping charges incurred.
